How long does it take to confirm my order after I place it?
We will usually contact you via email or phone within 24-48 hours. If no technician is available near your home, we will also notify you immediately.
How do I pay for my order?
We will send you an invoice via email, which you can use to pay for the order by linking your credit or debit card. If this order is for a service provided by the seller, you will not need to pay any additional fees.
Do I need to tip the repairman?
You don't need to pay extra to the repairman, but if you are satisfied with his service, you can voluntarily pay extra by cash.
Are your handyman full-time or part-time?
Almost all of our maintenance workers are part-time; they possess professional skills and the necessary licenses.
The machine malfunctions again after being repaired, can you repaire for free?
Our repair technicians are highly skilled. Please confirm the repair was successful immediately after the service is completed. If any subsequent malfunctions occur, we cannot provide free repairs again unless you place an additional order.
